Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 T all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 1 t cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl combine melted butter or margarine with brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Set aside.
Cream sugar, coconut oil, applesauce, and almond milk in a medium bowl.
Stir in flour, cream of tartar and salt.
Spread batter into a lightly greased pie plate.
Spread cinnamon mixture over top of batter.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Makes 8 servings.
